Beautiful holiday house built in a small village Obrš above the famous tourist place Moščenićka Draga. Comfortable interiors are decorated rustically and with a sense of detail, with elements of stone and wood giving a recognizable indigenous flair. The beautiful terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Under the terrace on the fenced yard there is a swimming pool and an outdoor whirlpool that will provide refreshment and relaxation during the warm summer days and nights. There is also a room for socializing, entertainment and leisure where billiards is placed and a children's playroom. The nearby Mošćenička Draga is a destination chosen by modern tourists who want to recharge their batteries by staying in nature and swimming in the crystal clear sea. Its beach Sipar is one of the most beautiful in Kvarner, and in secluded places along the coastal promenade there are many other, small, natural beaches, away from the crowds and unwanted views. The surrounding mountain slopes are full of paths and trails for walking and staying in nature. The educational trail Trebišća - Perun stands out, which through gradual traces reveals the basics of Old Slavic beliefs and their mythology to walkers and readers. We also recommend a visit to Opatija, which you can use to go to one of the restaurants, an evening walk around the Lungomare or a visit to a cultural event. Also stop by to the city of Rijeka, where you can do affordable shopping. A 3 km long paved, narrow road leads to your holiday home.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön die Zufahrt schwierig. Der Hausmeister super freundlich und hilft sofort, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert,
    Negativ ist:
    - das Haus ist nicht ganz fertig, eine richtige Heizung fehlt die Rohre sind verlegt keine Heizkörper, wenn es kühl ist muss ein Feuer im offenen Kamin gemacht werden wir hatten 15-17 Grad die ersten 3 Tage.
    - überall fehlen Geländer an keiner Treppe ist ein Handlauf zum festheben für ältere Personen absolut nicht geeignet.
    -auf der Terrasse fehlt der Windschutz und Sonnenschutz.
    -es gibt für eine Woche nur ein Handtuch und zwei Duschtücher für zwei Personen zu wenig.

    “Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kids für 2 Wochen gemietet. Wir hatten super viel Platz, es war sehr geräumig, sauber und relativ neu mit einem Mix aus rustikalen und modernen Elementen. Die Ausstattung (Besteck/Geschirr) bei voller Belegung wäre jedoch etwas dünn. Gefallen hat uns das Billardzimmer und das Spielezimmer mit Tischkicker, sowie der große Pool mit verschieden terrassierten Liegemöglichkeiten und überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit mit Loungemöbeln. Wir haben jeden Tag den grandiosen Blick über die Kvarner Bucht genossen! Besser geht's nicht! Cave: Mücken! Die Anfahrt zum Objekt ist eher sportlich! Die Vermieter und unser Hausmeister waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
