This vacation home is located on the edge of the village of Fuskulin, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and olive grove.

Look forward to this beautiful and private oasis. You can enjoy yourself on two floors. While the upper floor is for your night's sleep, the first floor offers beautiful communal areas that are pleasantly furnished and invite you to cook and relax. The maintenance room is located on the other part of the first floor.

Step out onto the covered terrace, where you can barbecue on the charcoal grill. Swim and play in the pool or read a book on the sun loungers on the sun deck. Enjoy the view of the pine forest and explore the nearby public playground and olive grove with your children.

Explore the peaceful surroundings on the marked cycle paths nearby and visit the nearby water amusement park with numerous water games and giant slides. Here you are very close to the town of Porec and the surrounding beaches.

    “Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, komplett eingerichtet, sehr sehr sauber und ein toller sauberer Pool. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich uns hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau verpflegt. Kann nur sagen es war ein perfekter Urlaub.”

    “Ruhige Ortsrandlage, sehr sauber, freundlicher Vermieter, der sehr bemüht war, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten; der Pool war klasse, WLAN auch vorhanden; alles bestens und damit sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Vermietet wurde das obere Stockwerk. Der Bereich im Erdgeschoss ist unbewohnt. Vor dem Haus ist ein Feld mit Olivenbäumen, Gemüse, etc. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, es gab regelmäßig Frisches vom Feld. Ideale Beilagen zum Grillen. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der Außenanlage. Bettwäsche und kleine Handtücher wurden gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist funktionell, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Fußballplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Perfekt für Personen, die hier mit Kindern hinkommen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattete saubere Wohnung mit Allem, was man braucht. Vom Toaster bis zum Bügeleisen. Sogar W-LAN Anschluss seit Neuestem. Sehr geräumig (wir konnten uns zu fünft auch aus dem Weg gehen). Überdachte Pergola mit großem Holztisch und zwei Bänken in sehr ruhiger Lage, fern vom Tourismus oder Straßenverkehr. Am Ortsrand in der Natur neben Olivenbäumen und Gemüsefeldern. Ums Haus herum - Platz zum Federballspielen oder Fußball auf dem nahegelegenen Fußballplatz. Daneben auch ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz. Unsere Kinder haben den Swimmingpool voll ausgekostet (obwohl wir in den eher kühlen Pfingstferien 2013 dort waren). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen Zwiebeln und Kartoffeln geschenkt und durften das eigens angebaute Olivenöl kosten.”
