The detached villa built in 1882, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Rovinj, district Rovinjsko Selo. The villa is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a garage and on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,40 m).
