It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room, separate kitchen, large laundry room, and terrace with views of the highway.

The complex has exceptional gardens, with a paddle tennis court, tennis court, all in a private and closed area on the second line of the beach.

A few meters away there are all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc.

The beach on which it is located has fine sand and crystal clear waters.

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

We inform you that the parking space that is announced along with the apartment rate is not numbered and is subject to random availability that depends on the good work of the rest of the members of the community. In theory, there should be one parking space per apartment, but some users may enter more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act by some users means that at some times, especially in high season, there is no free space available. Both the agency and the owner are unaware of this misuse and are not responsible nor do they offer compensation in the event that parking is not available.
