Villa consists of two separate buildings in total of 220 sqm with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms ideal for 10 + 4 guests.

Location & Directions
There are two ways to reach the island of Crete:
BY BOAT: From Piraeus port, daily departures to Souda port of Chania or to the port of Heraklio.
BY PLANE: There are two international airports on the island: in Chania and in Heraklio.
DISTANCES
Chania Airport: 56km (55 min. drive to Patima village).
Souda Port of Chania: 41 km (40 min. drive to Patima village).
Heraklio Port or Airport: 109 km (90 min. drive to Patima village).
From Chania airport or Souda port: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno. Take the highway. Upon reaching Georgioupoli exit, decrease your speed. After 5 km you will reach the tourist village of Kavros. Follow the road signs leading into Dramia village. Turn right just before the BP Petrol Station. Drive up to the first crossroad and then turn left following the sign to Dramia. Once you get into the Village of Dramia keep following the road towards village Kastelos. Enter the village and drive up to the church. After the church take the narrow road at your right. Drive for anotehr 50m and you will reach a big parking area, at your left you will reach Villa Veneciana.
From airport or harbour of Heraklio: Follow the signs to the highway in the direction of Rethymno – Chania. Take the highway. Pass all the exits to Rethymno and continue, headed in the direction Chania. After the exit to Episkopi, decrease your speed. 4 km later, on your right-hand side, you will see a sign marking the end of Rethymno prefecture. 2 km later you will reach the tourist village of Kavros. Keep your eyes on your left-hand side. Just upon passing the BP Petrol Station turn left very carefully. Drive up to the first crossroad and then turn left, following the sign to Dramia. Once you get into the Village of Dramia keep following the road towards village Kastelos. Enter the village and drive up to the church. After the church take the narrow road at your right.
