Only recently (2017) lovingly renovated heritage protected natural stone house, in the heart of the medieval town of Bale

In the heart of the medieval town of Bale near Rovinj, you can enjoy the originality of Istria in a special atmosphere.

The high quality equipped house offers on 4 floors a lot of space for up to 8 persons. It was extensively restored in 2017 and equipped with combination of original and modern, luxurious design. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped, chic kitchen with a spacious dining area as well as a toilet with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st and 2nd floor there is a living room and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a living area, which also offers a pantry kitchen and sleeping facilities for two more people.

In the narrow cobbled streets of the town where time seems to stand still, the old walls tell stories of bygone days. But Bale offers much more: the surrounding nature intact, peace and serenity, local taverns and local olive oils of the highest class.

You will be enjoying in the heritage protected, stone house and luxurious interior in the old time walls.

It's only a few kilometers to the coast with beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.
Come and discover one of the Istrian`s best kept secrets that will facinate you with very powerful energy, people and gastronomy.
About the neighborhood:
The gastronomic offer Bales is surprisingly diverse. It ranges from various bars and cafés typical taverns with delicious Istrian specialties to haute cuisine. Palace Bembo and its archways, church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of St. Elizabeth and the crypt is in your neighbourhood. All shops, galleries and restaurants are whithin 5 minutes walk as your rental is in the very centre of old town.
San Polo and Colone are the two beaches of Bale. These can be reached with car, tourist train or bicycle by 5 km paved road directly from Bale.
Bike routes are very popular around Bale- discover the bike routes or go on a longer journey towards Rovinj or Barbariga. Enjoy the unspoiled nature and discover new places and traditions.

    “I am not an expert on Feng shui, but it was a wonderful feeling in the house after whole day of walking and sightseeing through Istria. We were always well rested and full of energy ready for another day. It was so comfortable and luxurious. The showers, large beds and couchs were a great change from previous homes after travelling for awhile!
    I only wish we'd been there longer!”
