1 room flat (30m2) in rustic style for 2 persons , furnished very personally and cosy, 3rd floor, direction south with balcony, living/sleeping room with folding bed, kitchen unit, oven, filter-coffeemachine, radio, sat-TV, bath/toilet, telephone, Internet free of charge.

NEW: PUBLIC TRANSPORT INCLUDED in the Upper Engadine and in the Bergell area.

Dogs are welcome.

The apartment is located in the Aparthotel Pöstli. The property has an elevator. For the Pöstli guests there is a sauna, finarium and fitness room in the basement - free of charge. We offer on request bread service also.

The Maloja Shop is located on the ground floor= Kiosk where you can buy daily newspapers, books, souvenirs, as well as cake and a lot of other things. Only 200m further away there is a small grocery store. The bus stop is only 100m away, the bus runs every half hour during the day.

Outdoor parking is available for free, upon request you can reserve an underground parking space at the Hotel Schweizerhaus for a surcharge.
Instead of a deposit, we ask for a credit card number with expiry date at check-in.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.

    “Positiv: Das grosse Fenster und Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge.
    Zentrale Lage Negativ: Die Betten, die man tagsüber in den Schrank klappen muss. (Sohn behindert, ich körperlich nicht mehr sehr leistungsfähig.) für Jüngere sicher kein Problem.”

    “As a Jew I have an issue with Saturday lights going on in the hallway. I requested as I do in all occasions where I go that they stay on throughout Saturday. It was refused as the expense of the electricity. I offered to pay but was still refused. Cleaning price is way over the limit. I gave back in the same way I got it all that needed doing was changing the towels and bedding. Which I had already taken off and piled near the door. The price for cleaning was 90 Swiss francs. The room size was also smaller than I expected. In order to use the room the beds have to be picked up. Negativ: It could have been more flexible to our needs”

    danke haben sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen. Es gibt einige Häuser die bieten am Wochenende den "Stromservice" für Ihre Kunden an, wir machen das nicht, der Hauptgrund die die Sicherheit, schon wegen der Eingangstüre und vielen anderen Kleinigkeiten.
    Die Endreinigung von CHF 90.00 ist obligatorisch, wird auch überall beschrieben und beinhaltet nebst der Reinigung auch die Wäsche und Wäschewechsel.
    Die gebuchte Wohnung ist nicht so gross, aber sie ist heimelig und gemütlich und die Aussicht ist einfach spitze.
