NEW cosy 2.5 room apartment on the ground floor with a spacious garden seating area and sunbathing lawn with a view of the unique mountain world. Quiet location, only 5 minutes walk from Grindelwald railway station, bus stop 1 minute from the house. Free parking, access via stairs. The approx. 48m2 large apartment is ideal for 2 persons, up to 4 persons are possible. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed, which can be separated. Even from the bed you have a view of the north face of the Eiger! In the living room the upholstered suite can be converted into a sofa bed with a separate mattress (140x200). The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom with shower/WC. From the living room a door leads directly to the outside area. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, radio, Internet/Wlan and Bluetooth box. The floor heating serves for a pleasant warm climate. There is a lockable room for sports equipment such as bikes, skis etc. and a washing area for the bikes. Laundry service is offered (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room). Slacklines in the garden and trampoline (without net) can be used on your own responsibility.

    “Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren Positiv: Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben es genossen, am Nachmittag auf der Terrasse in der Sonne zu sitzen und den Ausblick ins Tal zu genießen.
    Die Wohnung ist modern, hell und mit den großen Fensterflächen auch sehr warm (Sept 2022). Alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich für 2 Personen. Negativ: - - -”

    “Heel mooi en compleet ingericht appartement met vrij uitzicht op de Eiger. Heel geschikt voor 2 personen. Hele gastvrije eigenaar. Rustig gelegen op 7 minuten lopen van het centrum met allerlei voorzieningen en station. 4 kabelbanen op 10-15 minuten loopafstand. Auto eigenlijk niet nodig. Wij hebben enorm genoten van het appartement en de omgeving. Zeer aan te bevelen adres!”

    “Sehr schön gemachte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Badezimmer und sehr bequemem Bett. Moderne und super ausgestatteter Küche, toller Blick auf den Eiger durch die grossen Fenster. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Positiv: Lage, Aussicht, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit der Vermieter”
