This house is ideal located for trips by bus or train to Lübeck. Afterwards you can enjoy and relax on the terrace with south-west view or you can enjoy the Baltic Sea atmosphere near to the harbour with it's fishing boats and big ships to Scandinavia. Shopping area is close by and at the beach you will be in about 7 minutes by bike.
Our holiday apartment Amsel is 35m² big, simple styled clean and neat two room apartment with own entrance. Bathroom with shower/ WC for two persons. Bed linen and towels are inclusive. Kitchenette integrated in the corridor, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, water kettle, stove with baking oven, refrigerator, TV, radio and dining area. Bedroom with window, wardrobe, box-spring double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m (two separated mattresses). Living room with two armchairs, TV, dining table with two chairs, parking place and terrace with garden furniture.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
