On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, café 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Cardada, Monte Verità, Centovalli, Vallemaggia, Valle Onsernone, Valle Verzasca. Please note: not suitable for small children. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Large patio partly roofed. Deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The corner apartment has a side window on the ground floor allowing the apartment to be flooded with light (it is the only one in this building). A closomat is available in the bathroom, which consists of a bath and toilet. The apartment has a terrace with an area of 10m²!
