Wonderful House in Obrš with Private Parking and Beautiful Views

This beatiful and large semi-detached house is situated between the mountain and the sea. Moscenicka Draga it's a village along the seashore with a beautiful long pebble beach, and the house is near the center of the place, but apart from the hustle, in a very quiet surrounding. From the house you can easily reach the beach by foot, or by car if you prefer, and start many hiking and walking paths. The house has beautiful views from every corner of the house and the yard toward the sea and the islands. Many walking paths and restaurants can be find along the seashore and you can reach very shortly Opatija - Abbazia, the pearl of the Istrian east coast. The location is ideal for a family relaxing summer vacation.



This apartment is situated on the ground floor, first and the second floor with a gallery. It has beautiful terraces with sea view and a very large veranda with furniture and outdoor big grill. The apartment is spacious and bright. On the ground floor there is a double room with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor it has another double badroom with sofa and another spaicous room with two single beds and terrace. On the upper area there is a bright and spacious living room with kitchen fully equipped and another terrace that looks toward the sea. It is fully airconditioned, covered with WiFi and equipped with smart TVs in rooms and living room. It's first floor bathroom has a big whirpool bath and two sinks. It is very cozy and comfortably equipped.



Outdoor area is furnished and intended to enjoy the meals on the grill. It has two swings and lot of space for play. It is fully closed and terraced. It has enough space for several cars and a garage. It offers beautiful seaview and is very peaceful and sourrounded with green.

Ideal for a summer or spring vacation, very lively in the summer monthes but also very quite in the early spring and relaxing. Many opportunities for sport, hikking tralis, walking and biking paths, running trails and seaside restaurants and bars. Windusrfing, paddel boaths and SUPs available for rental and courses. Nearby Opatija offers further evening enteratinment and countless restaurants with seafood specialties.
