Lage:
Absolutely peaceful and remote, set in an Alpine scenery, a wonderful quietness, can be reached via a well-developed gravel road.

Entfernungen:
Countless hiking paths in immediate vicinity. Hike along the "Pleißling-stream" in direction "Südwiener Hütte" (1,802m) and then further to the "Pleißlingkeil" (2,501m). Restaurant and alpine guesthouse in 2km, farmed alpine meadow in 200m above. Next town Flachau in 9km with shops, restaurants and leisure time activities such as a summer toboggan run, rafting, kart racing or riding. Spa Amade in 20km.

Ausstattung:
Lovely furnished rustic alpine hut. Here you have a snuggery with lounge, tiled stove, kitchenette with wood stove, electric cooker(2 plates), fridge, coffee machine and water boiler. 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower, toilet. In front of the hut is a garden with a well and a streamlet. Enjoy the silence and the view to the mountains while having an evening barbecue party. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels.

Nebenkosten:
Electricity € 0,50/kWh, lump sum for wood € 25,-/week, local tourism tax currently € 2,-/person/night.

    “Eine urige Almhütte mit dem typischen Flair, welches man bei so einer Hütte erwartet. Herrliche ruhige Alleinlage mit tollen Rundumblick auf die Berge. Man hört nur den angrenzenden rauschenden Bach und die Glocken der Almkühe, sonst nichts. Die Austattung mit großer Stube, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da was man dort oben benötigt. Wer Ruhe, viele Wanderwege und keinen Fernseher braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auf der gesamten Alm gibt es nur vier Hütten. Zwei werden an Touristen vermietet, eine ist in Privatbesitz und die letzte ist eine in ca. 200m Sichtweite bewirtschaftete Alm mit sehr freundlichen Almbauern, wo man täglich frische leckere Milch bekommt. Die gesamte Alm erinnert irgendwie an eine Filmkulisse, einfach traumhaft.”

    “Sehr sehr schöne, rustikale Hütte mit dem Flair den man erwartet. Super schön gelegen auf gut 1400 Metern mit eigener Quelle! 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, Küche mit 2 Herdplatten (elektrisch) und großer Herdplatte mit Holz zu befeuern. Der gemauerte Grundlagen und der Schwedenofen haben auch noch relatives Nacht für einige Wärme gesorgt. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sie die da, Geschirr, Töpfe und sonstiges auch. Toaster hatten wir selber dabei. Vor der Hütte ist der beste Platz! Die Sitzecke in der Abendsonne, dann noch aus der Quelle ein gekühltes Getränk, den gemauerten Grill anschüren... mehr geht nicht! Und unser Hund war soooooo entspannt und hat jeden Moment genossen! Das einzige was bei Sauwetter gefehlt hast ne Couch zum lümmeln. Sonst ist das der perfekte Urlaub zum Erholen und entspannen... weit ab von Telefon, Fernseher und Internet.”
