Die Häuser befinden sich in der Kaschubei, umgeben von Wäldern und 150 m von einem See mit Badestelle entfernt. Zielone Wzgórza befindet sich auf einer Fläche von 5 Hektar, es gibt einen Mini-Zoo, Spielplätze, Mannschaftsspielplätze und ein Restaurant. Der Gubisz-See ist einer der saubersten Seen in Polen, an der Badestelle stehen den Feriengästen kostenlos Kanus zur Verfügung. An jedem Haus gibt es eine Terrasse mit Grillplatz. Die Lage im Herzen des Waldes sorgt für Ruhe und saubere Luft.
Das 168 m2 große Haus hat 5 Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 15 Personen, 3 Bäder mit Duschen und eine zusätzliche Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Das Wohnzimmer mit seiner hohen Decke - 6 Meter, hat einen Kamin und Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse mit Grill. Neben dem Wohnzimmer ist eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche.
