On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV.
For all the foodies out there, an important piece of information would be that you can prepare delicious meals on the outdoor barbecue and enjoy them on the shaded terrace.
The villa has a private pool from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. If you get carried away by the stars or the beautiful blue sky, the greenery and the Adriatic Sea, don't worry, you're on vacation and there's no rush.
Those who like to stay active on their vacation will love the fact that the villa also offers bicycles, table tennis and mini golf. There is also a playground for your children.

This large and beautiful villa is located near the town of Mo??eni?ka Draga on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in Kvarner Bay, close to Opatija. Mo??eni?ka Draga is located at the foot of Mount U?ka and was founded as a fishing village. Nowadays Mo??eni?ka Draga is known for a beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina.

The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 km away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic.
