Villa Tulipa is a holiday home with sea view.
It is set near the beautiful and very popular Klancac beach. Opatija, the pearl of the Adria, is only 18 km away. Close to the house, numerous hiking and cycling trails lead to the peaks of Mount Ucka. A local road with little traffic passes in front of to the house. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sun chairs, parasols, covered terrace with gas barbecue, covered parking and dining table for 10 people.
Villa Tulipa for 10 guests consists of two units.
From the lower side is the entrance to the larger unit which consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and balcony and two air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor.
From the upper side is the entrance to the smaller unit with living room and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
