Villa HillSea is a holiday home for 6-8 people with a panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner islands.
It is located near the beautiful Klančac beach, which graces the covers of numerous tourist magazines. Opatija, the pearl of the Adriatic coast, is only 18 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are mountain and cycling paths leading to numerous peaks of Učka. A local road passes by the house with extremely little traffic. Guests have access to a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols, a covered summer terrace with seating, a barbecue and parking for several vehicles. The house also has a large garden with a vineyard and a meadow, which is also at the guests' disposal.
Villa HillSea consists of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
