This lovely two-bedroom villa is located just 200m from the wonderful sandy beach, near the town of Denia, where daily ferries depart to the Balearic Islands. This typical white washed house is set on a gated plot with various seating areas dotted around the ground and terraces. The house has a nicely sized living room and two good bedrooms. The house has been decorated and furnished tin the personal style of the owner however its been maintained to a good standard. This is certainly a lovely home for those looking for a peaceful location near the beaches and the possibility to admire and explore this beautiful part of Spain. It is located in a quiet location and enjoys wonderful views of the nearby mountains.

    “Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Kühl-Tiefkühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Toaster,Kaffeemaschine usw. Sat Fernsehen und Sat Radio in Deutsch. Internet sollte man sich vorher mit Vodafon Stick oder so besorgen (wenn man braucht) W-Lan ist da ,aber Zugangsdaten gibt der Campingplatzbesitzer nicht raus.
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe wobei ein Auto zu empfehlen wäre.
    Strand ist ca.200m weg.Das Haus ist für zwei bis drei Personen ideal. Die Übergabe der Hausschlüssel erfolgt über einen sehr netten und hilfsbereiten deutschsprachigen Hausservice. Also auch kein Problem,wenn man nicht spanisch spricht.”
