    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten außer einem Bäcker keine im Ort, aber mehrere ca. 4...5 km entfernt.
    Verschiedene Gaststätten im Ort vorhanden, alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
    Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten mit herrlichen Aussichtspunkten.
    Beheiztes Freibad im Ort vorhanden, ebenso Minigolfanlage. Alles gut in Schuss, ein schönes, ruhiges Urlaubsdorf.
    Unweit weitere Ausflugsziele, die man auch mit dem im Ort haltenden Zug erreichen kann.”

    “Er zijn wat winkels in de buurt, denk aan een bakker voor ontbijt en een grotere supermarkt voor de boodschappen. het plaatsje zelf heeft maar een paar restaurantjes, dan kun je beter naar het dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje Zell am Harmersbach (6 km) rijden.
    De plaats is een perfecte uitvalbasis voor wandelaars of (in de winter) langlaufers, dus voor wandelaars die niet per se uit eten willen 's avonds is het helemaal prima. En daarnaast dichtbij Frankrijk en Zwitserland, dus uitstapjes naar Basel en Strasbourg bijvoorbeeld zijn prima te doen.”
